BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
1 large pkg. frozen or
fresh broccoli
1 can Cream of Mushroom
soup
1 can French Onions
8 oz. Mozzorella Cheese
   (grated)
8 oz. pkg. Jack Cheese
   (grated)
 
Cook broccoli until
about 1/2 done. Place
in casserole dish. 
Spread mushroom soup 
over broccoli. Cover 
with grated cheese.  
Bake in 350 deg. oven
until cheese is lightly
browned, about 30 min.
Remove from oven and
sprinkle onions on top.
