2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 lbs dates
1/2 lb candied cherries
(red and green)
1/2 lb candied pineapple
(red and green)
1/2 lb shelled almonds
1/2 lb shelled Brazil nuts

Chop all fruits and nuts,
sift dry ingredients
together. Cream butter and
sugar...add eggs. Add dry
ingredients to creamed
mixture. Add chopped fruits and
nuts. Drop by teaspoon on
cookie sheet. Bake in 400 deg.
oven until very slightly brown
13-15 minutes.
