PORK CHOPS MILANESE
6 pork chops
1/4 cup chopped green
pepper
1 can Italian tomato
sauce (14 oz.can)
1 1/2 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked reg.
rice
1 tsp salt 
 
Brown pork chops and
green pepper in large 
skillet.  Drain off any
fat.  Stir in remaining 
ingredients, simmer,
covered, 45 minutes or
until meat is tender.
Makes 6 servings.
