SALMON PATE
2 cups canned salmon
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 Tblsp lemon juice
2 Tblsp finely chopped
      onion
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
Chopped nuts and parsley 
 
Drain and flake slamon
(remove skin and bone).
Add next 6 ingredients
and mix. Chill 2 hours.
Roll into ball after 
chilled.  Then roll in 
nut and parsley mixture.
Note: This recipe freezes
well.
