UPSIDE DOWN CHOC.PUDDING CAKE
2 Tblsp margarine
1 1/2 Cup sugar
1 Cup milk
2 Cups flour
2 Tsp baking powder
3 Tblsp cocoa
2 Tsp salt
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup white sugar
1/2 Cup cocoa
3 Cups water, boiled
 
Cream together margarine
and sugar, add milk. Add
dry ingredients down to
salt. Spread in 9" x 13"
pan. Combine brown sugar,
white sugar and cocoa. 
Spread over mixture in 
pans. Just before putting
in oven, pour 3 cups 
boiling water over all
and bake at 350 deg. for
30-35 minutes. 
Note: chopped walnuts may
be added to dry ingre-
dients.
